Albert was preceded in death by his father Glenn Chang, his mother Helen Chang and brother Michael Chang.
Visitation will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009, US, on April 20, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am, followed by a Funeral Service at the same location from 10:30 am to 11:00 am.
Albert will be laid to rest at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary & Cemetery, 2300 West Van Buren, Phoenix, AZ 85009, US, on April 20, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Serving as pallbearers are Michael Chang, Samuel Cheung, and Danny Ng.
