Alfred served in the United State Army, in the 101st Airborne Division.
He was predeceased by his son, Earl Blake Ramsey. Alfred is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Essie; his daughter Rebecca Feil; and his grandchildren.
A visitation for Alfred will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027. The Funeral Service will occur Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 10:30 AM also at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary. A Graveside with Military Honors will follow at 11:30 AM.
