Ann “Kitty” Faulkner, 76, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 in her home. Born in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania to parents Michael and Bertha Yurich. Kitty was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Fred A. Faulkner. She is survived by her sons, Bob (Margie) and Fred. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 West Van Buren Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85009 on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 2:30 pm.
