A funeral service for Annette will be held Monday, March 28, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
