Benita will be remembered as a kind, loving and strong woman. Benita is survived by her children Juan Luis Sanchez, Alma Sanchez Cano, Andrea Hernandez, Steve Sanchez and Margie Ersery, 18 grandchildren and many great grand children.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jose Diego Sanchez Jr. , son Jose Diego Sanchez III , daughter Adela Gonzalez and grandsons Jose Cristobal Gonzalez and Ruben Cano Jr.
A visitation for Benita will be held Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Maryvale, 6901 West Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85033. A funeral service will occur Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 6901 West Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85033. A graveside service will occur Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 12:30 PM at West Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.
