Bonzetta R. Martin-Edmondson, age 63, passed away on October 13, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona. Bonzetta was born on October 24, 1955 in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Floyd C. Martin, PhD (Deceased) and Mary A. Martin (Rogers). She attended Milpitas High School: Milpitas, California and then earned an Associate Degree in Business from Landly Jr. College: Oakland, California. She married David Henry Edmondson, Jr. (Deceased). Bonzetta was employed at Bank of America as an accounts manager in San Jose, California, an Assistant to the Mayor of Jackson Mississippi, and was also employed at Dillard's and various other clothing department stores. She was a Member of the African Dance group in High School, which she enjoyed very much. Bonzetta was a devout Baptist. She loved to play her favorite card games, especially (Bid wiz), listening to Motown music, travelling, and was very devoted to her family and loved going to her family reunions. Bonzetta is survived by her brother, Roger Martin - Sacramento, California; sister, Konstance Martin – Sacramento; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Martin; and her grandparents, Floyd Charles Martin, Sr (Paternal Grandfather), Gertrude Martin (Jennings) (Paternal Grandmother) Burges Rogers (Maternal Grandfather), and Ruth Gaulden (Vernon) (Maternal Grandmother).
