She was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on December 5th, 1947 and graduated from Monroe High School. She was married to Emil Folsom on October 20th, 1980.
Carol Lee worked for the State of Minnesota, Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office, and numerous other employers throughout her professional career.
She was passionate about her family, traveling, animal rescues, and Vizsla’s.
Carol Lee is survived by her loving husband, Emil, her daughter, Pattie, & numerous grandchildren; Jacob, Alesiana, Zachary, Kayla, William, Jonathan and Joshua. She is also survived by great grandchildren, David, Owen, Elliot, and Margot, her brother Jim Bour, and sisters JoAnne Wendel & Patricia Bour-Schilla.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Michelle, her parents James and Shirley Bour, and her sister, Barbara Korte.
A private service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Carol Lee requested donations to a local animal rescue.
