Carolyn Rachel Jarowicz (Woloschak) was born July 5, 1985 in Phoenix, Arizona and entered into heaven on February 5, 2016 at the young age of 30. Carolyn attended Desert Sky Middle School and graduated at Deer Valley High School. Carolyn had a strong desire to help others so she continued her education at Everest College where she obtained her Medical Assistant Certification. At the time of her untimely passing Carolyn was working toward a degree in nursing, but her dream was cut short. Carolyn spent her younger years dancing for The Dance Shoppe, excelling in the art of dance and later training new dance students to excel. Carolyn had a love for music and that is when we saw her personality shine. Carolyn was always happy when she was dancing to her favorite songs.
Carolyn was a proud, loving, caring mother, daughter, sister and friend, she is survived by her ex-husband Joshua Jarowicz, her three children, Alyssa Jarowicz age 10 and twin boys Cason & Nicholas Jarowicz ages 4, and nephew Jordan Woloschak age 14. Her mother and father, Frank and Deborah Woloschak of Phoenix, Arizona and her three brothers, David, Tim, and Frank Woloschak, also of Phoenix, Arizona. She also leaves behind a host of extended family members and life-long friends.
Carolyn’s life brought great happiness and joy to each and every person she encountered. She will forever hold a special place in our hearts as we celebrate her life.
“If tears could build a stairway and memories were a lane, we would walk right up to heaven and bring you back. No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it and only God knows why. Our hearts still ache in sadness and secret tears still flow. What it meant to lose you, no one will ever know. We know you want us to mourn for you no more. Only to remember all the happy times, life has much more in store. Since you’ll never be forgotten, we pledge to you today. A hollowed place within our hearts is where you’ll always stay. God knows why with chilling touch, death gathers those we love so much, and what seems so strange and dim, will all be clear, until we meet again.”
