With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and dear friend. Sally lived a long and beautiful life filled with unconditional love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family.

She is lovingly survived by her daughters, Jeannie Lovett (Edmund) and Becky Fernandez (Bobby). She leaves behind a beautiful legacy of 12 grandchildren, 18+ great-grandchildren, and 6+ great-great-grandchildren, with one more precious blessing on the way.

Sally is preceded in death by her beloved sons, Alfred Fernandez, Gus Fernandez, and Daniel Fernandez, grandson Bubba Kane, and her brothers and sisters, and other beloved family members who welcomed her into her heavenly home.

She truly had a heart of gold, witnessed by all who were blessed to know her. To many she was known as Mom, Nana, Tía, Sister, and Friend. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures: listening to her favorite artist Little Joe, dancing, and enjoying trips to the casino. Above all, she treasured the time spent surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and the family she loved so deeply.

Sally lived a full and happy life and touched countless hearts along the way. Her love, strength, and warmth will live on in the generations she helped raise and in the many memories she leaves behind.

Our Mom and Nana will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A Funeral Service will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, Arizona on May 8, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and a Committal Service will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary & Cemetery, 2300 West Van Buren, Phoenix, Arizona on May 8, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
