

Join us in celebrating her life on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 1:30pm. The service and reception will be held at Redemption Church Alhambra’s gymnasium, located at 1830 W. Glenrosa Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85013. Attire should be fitting for a celebration.
Cheryl was born June 24, 1966, in Hammond, Indiana to Dennis and Judith Crary. The family moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1970.
She graduated from Trevor Brown High School in 1985. Cheryl had two children and later married Victor Guzman in 1997.
She began her career with the City of Phoenix in 1987 as a Court Clerk in the Courts Department. Her career continued to develop over the following 15 years when she began her most recent position in 2002 as a Water Services Project Manager in the Water Department. She dedicated 27 years to the City of Phoenix where she made many lifelong friends along the way.
Her interests included spending time with family and friends, drawing, drama, camping, collecting Coca Cola memorabilia, playing games, and traveling.
She was a giver, protector, and an angel on earth. She had a smile and laugh that could warm anyone’s heart. She was a loyal and compassionate friend, a loving and supportive wife, an incredible and selfless mother, and so much more to everyone she met.
Cheryl is survived by her mother, Judith Crary; brothers, David and his wife, Abby and their children and Michael Crary and his child; husband, Victor Guzman; and daughter, Nicole Crary.
She was preceded in death by her son, Nathan Meins; and father Dennis Crary.
Donations may be sent to Phoenix Children’s Hospital in lieu of flowers.
