Christine Val Gauthier

Christine fought bravely through a brief illness the last few months of her life, but in the end, she was called to be with her family that proceeded her, from this world to the next.

Christine was an Arizona native having been born in Phoenix, Arizona to Lester and Carey Val on January 9th 1987.

Christine was a devoted daughter, a baby sister, an amazing aunt, a wonderful friend, and more than anything a loving mother.

Christine will be known by those who were fortunate enough to have been a part of her life, for her infectious laugh, and her tremendous smile.

To her family she was the youngest of three girls. Her family was everything to her, and she was everything to them. She was her mothers, her daughters, and her sister’s best friend.

Christine was a Supervisor at Chubb Insurance for approximately the last 10 years, and previously had worked at Justice Clothing Store, where she had been a Manager at the young age of 21. Through her jobs, Christine had made life-long friendships and a positive lasting impact on all those that she worked with.

Christine had many who called her, “best friend”. It is a true testament to the type of loving, caring, and good-hearted person she was.

We are all better people for having known Christine, and we are thankful for the impact that she made on our lives.

Christine is survived by her Daughter: Ariel Gauthier; Mother; Carey Val; Sisters Leslie Carrillo and Sara Estrada; Nephews: Alex, Camreon, and Dominic; Nieces: Caylee and Amberny; Grandmother; Roberta Hunt; Ariel’s father Sean Gauthier: Brother-in-laws Albert Carrillo, and Larry Estrada; Uncles and Aunts; Jim and Jane Bemmerl, Lili Val, Edna Roockard, Frank Val Jr; Cousins: Ryan & Ashley Bemmerl, Chad & Mindy Bemmerl, Summer & Dell Oliver Kristi Kawal, Scott Kolmer, Eddie, Renee, Missy, Nate, and Steven; Numerous friends who were like family.

Christine was preceded in death by her Father: Lester Val; Grandfathers Norman Bemmerl, and Frank Val; Grandmother Eva Val.

Christine was loved, and will be missed by all.
