David Carlsen, 78, went home to the Lord on 10/1/2013 in Peoria, AZ. He was born in Bridgeport, MA on 05/04/1935 to Hans and Olga Carlsen natives to Norway. David moved his then family to Arizona in 1959 and found a great love for the state. He would have been a great history teller for the state of Arizona.
David proudly served in the Marines from 1953 and was honorably discharged in 1956.
David is survived by his three daughters, Karen (David) Mofford, Constance (Greg) Goldsby & Lisa Lowery. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, preceded by one grandchild, and survived by an additional 18 great grand children.
