Deborah Kay 62, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on March 25, 2016. Debbie was born in Chicago, IL and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1969. She is survived by her husband Chuck; her boys Steve, Mike and Tim; her grandchildren Thomas and Anna; her sisters Barbara and Jo Ann; and her brother Jim. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Grace, her sister Mary and her brother John. Visitation will be held at the Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 W Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, AZ on Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 6-9 pm followed by the Memorial Service on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the 100 Club.
