Diego Verdugo Sanchez, 21, was born on August 18, 1994. He was a Son, a Brother, an adored Tio and Cousin. He was also a soon to be father. This family man's life was cut short on April 1, 2016 in Phoenix, due to senseless gun violence. Diego was the youngest of four, but full of life at every second. Diego was always willing to drop whatever he was doing to help a loved one, no matter what the situation was.
Diego was a Tio to 7 nephews and 1 niece, that think the world of him, if they heard him bumping, coming down the street, you would hear a yell, "My Tio Diego is here!"
He is survived by his Mother and Father Esmeralda Sanchez and Jesus Vargas, his older brothers Martin and Rafael Verdugo and Andres Vargas, as well as older sister Esmeralda Verdugo Sanchez.
Diego, was a beautiful soul that was absolutely adored by everyone that he came in contact with. He was extremely loved by all those that knew him. Nothing can describe him better than being a Gentle Giant.
