We send heartfelt condolences and sympathy to Duke's family, children, and grandchildren. 
I remember Duke ("Dukee") from all the times we got together when we were all little children. We would play in front of Aunt Jenny and Uncle Joe's house after a big dinner.  We would play games like "Red Light, Green Light," "Freeze Tag," and even "Mother May I." There were probably many more games that we played or invented over the years. Between all the Bacas and Cordovas, there were many of us. We were poor and did not have much to play with, but the games we did play brought so much fun and laughter! I have so many memories of all those good times. 
Yolanda and I (Yvonne) would be in charge of watching those younger than us. Dukee was a little mischievous. He would always be the one to pull our ponytails and run. He was quite fast to try to catch up to! He was still an adorable child. 
I am sorry that my cousin was so young to leave his family, but I do take comfort in knowing that Aunt Jenny, Uncle Joe, Steve, Yolanda, and Christy will be there to meet him. To my cousins Joe, Gilbert, Bobby and Becky, I grieve with you and wish we were there to be with you. I hope that all of your memories will comfort you. (I am sure that Dukee will be helping everyone to get our playing field ready!)
To Duke's children and grandchildren:  We send prayers to help ease the pain that you are going through. 
Your Father/Grandfather was a good man, and he comes from good stock. I know he will watch over you.
