Born Eliseo Jammie Hernandez, February 18th, 1975. Jammie leaves behind two children, Daphnie Alva 24 and Nikko Aguilar 25. Three beautiful granddaughters, Baby Emma 3, Xenia n Annabella age 2. Both parents, Kathleen A. Hernandez,1 sister Chelsea Jewell Arias, 3 brothers Nicolas, Kristen and Stefan Arias. His father Eliseo Hernandez Jr. 3 brothers, Daniel, Alejandro and Steven Hernandez , 3 sisters., Crystal, Demabiex Hernandez and Elisia Simmons. His Grandparents, several Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Eliseo was on a continuous path in growth and development. He loved to give back to his community helping people with developmental issues. He never hesitated to offer encouraging words to anyone who needed to feel uplifted in times of despair, and always reminded everyone how much he loved them. In any given situation Jammie loved making people laugh and having his family around. He will be missed by many.
