Elton "Red" Ely Eledge, Jr. passed away December 21, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona. Elton was born to Freddie and Elton Eledge, Sr. in Brawley, California on August 19, 1938. He proudly served in the US Army Reserves. Red was employed for 35 years as the superintendent at Balboa Municipal Golf Course in San Diego, California.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his first wife of 46 years, Janice Eledge in 2003 and his son Steven Eledge.
He is survived by his wife Marie Cruzen Eledge who were married on July 15, 2011, daughter April Eledge Gayan, son Scott O. Eledge, granddaughter Robin Robinson, grandson Patrick Morgan, 3 great-grandchildren, and half sister Shirley Wheat.
