Elvira Rodriguez, 68 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on December 23rd, 2012. A viewing will be held from 9:00-9:30 A.M., Friday, December 28th at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 16245 N. 60th St. A rosary will begin at 9:30 with a funeral mass starting at 10:00.
