Francine Marie Licurgo (Fran), 62, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on December 24th, 2024. She was born in Arcadia, California on September 9th, 1962 to her parents, John and Colleen McLean. Francine graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Psychology while playing on the Women’s Volleyball team. She was married to Thomas Licurgo III on September 15, 1990. Francine worked as an educator for various school districts in the Valley but ultimately spent her life dedicated to raising her family, never missing one of her children’s games or events.
Fran is survived by her husband, Thomas Licurgo III, her son, Thomas Vincent Licurgo IV, her daughter, Jessica Erin Licurgo-Davis and son-in-law Brandon Samuel Davis, and her daughter, Jillian Marie Licurgo.
She was also survived by: John Jr. McLean (brother), Vincent McLean (brother), Tim McLean (brother), Tracey McLean (sister-in-law), Steve McLean (brother) and Wendy McLean (sister-in-law), Katie McLean (sister), Maureen Barbosa (sister), Mike McLean (brother).
