

Francis M Brissee, 100, formerly of Holbrook, Arizona went to be with Our Lord on July 2, 2020. Burial will take place at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary in Phoenix on Thursday July 9, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
Mr. Brissee was born on January 27, 1920 in Olean, New York and attended school in Portville, New York. He proudly served in the United States Navy during WWII. Francis was united in marriage to the love of his life Mary Magdeline Kayes on November 28, 1945 and they made their home in Portville until August 1959 when they relocated to Holbrook, Arizona.
Mr. Brissee managed the GSA Motor Pool in Holbrook before retiring 1982. He and his wife were Holbrook residents for 45 years. Health problems that developed with Mary in 2004 precluded him from continuing to live in their home.
Mr. Brissee is survived by three daughters; Anne Rickstrew of Sierra Vista, Arizona, Mary Lee Lewis of Phoenix, Arizona and Alicia (Eddie) Rackers of Hereford, Arizona; two sisters, eight grandchildren including Jeffrey, Scott, Tammy, and Roberta Alford, David R. Dowdy, Richard Matthew Despain, James Gidley and Nathan B Cain as well as 14 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Americare Hospice

Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary will be handling the arrangements.
