Frederick Michael Thomas, born September 23, 1936, in Fort Madison, Iowa, entered into heaven on September 26, 2025, in Tempe, Arizona. He was the beloved son of Ellsworth Oliver Thomas and Elizabeth Worland.
At the age of 23, Frederick answered the call to serve his country by joining the United States Army, where he proudly dedicated three years of service.
Following his military service, Frederick married the love of his life, Kathren “Olson” Thomas. Together, they built a beautiful life and were blessed with two sons, Scott and Jonathan.
In 1982, the family relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, where Frederick established his career as a controller in the packaging industry. Determined and hardworking, he also earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting, an accomplishment he cherished.
Frederick will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his strong work ethic, and the quiet pride he carried in his many achievements. His legacy of love, perseverance, and dedication will live on through all who knew him.
