George Ray Underwood, Jr. passed away on February 3, 2013 in Sun City, AZ . He was 84. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Edna, daughters Nancy (Joe) Palmer, Wanda (Mark) Clarkson & Kathy (Bill) Hallett, 7 grandkids and 10 great-grandkids. George worked for Arizona Public Service and retired with Southwest Gas. Viewing services will be held, Saturday, Feb.9, 2013 @ 10:00 AM with funeral services to follow at 11:00AM at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice of the Valley.
