Gloria was born, April 16, 1944 in Waukegan, IL. After high school, she became a LPN and later an RN, following the divorce from her first husband, Ronald Berreth. She enjoyed camping and making memories with her daughters. Later in life, she married Robert May and moved to Arizona in 1984. During her nursing career, Gloria worked in hospitals, nursing homes and a correction facility. Gloria loved nursing and especially caring for the elderly.
Survivors include her daughters, Rhonda Hunter of Edmonds, WA and Brenda Berreth of Pheonix, AZ; two grandchildren, Dannielle and Anthony; one great grandson, Eli; and her two sisters, Carolyn Sue (the late Jim) Claxton and Peggy (Dale) Kerkman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Henry) May in 1998, her mother, Muriel Hough in 2008, and her father, Frank B. Hough in 1986.
