I miss you Grover-- And the Teaching of how to be a better Soul. Grover and I are the best of friends going on 40 years now. 20 of those years working together we would hide a quarter at every far off place in Arizona-- Thousands of quarters for somebody to find and wonder. Grover I will find the quarter left in heaven for me and find you again. MARK

Grover was a true gentleman who I had the pleasure of working with for many years. He always brought a smile to my face and I always knew when he was in our building because the coffee was freshly brewed when I arrived at 6am. My condolences to his family.

In my Progressive travels over the years, I especially looked forward to visits to Phoenix. Coming from Cleveland, it was in part due to the warm weather, but also in part having the opportunity to spend time with Grover and the team. Grover was thoughtful and had the respect of those around him. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the Bullock family at this difficult time.

Grover was such a kind & special man who provided so much help to us at Progressive Insurance. I imagine at times, he (rightly) thought we were bonkers with some of our requests, but he never let on - ok, maybe the "look" on occasion! I have missed him since he retired. My deepest sympathies to the Bullock family - you are his pride & joy.
