

PHOENIX – Harry Fung passed away peacefully on July 13th in Phoenix, surrounded by his beloved wife Alisa and family members. Harry was born in Phoenix on June 14, 1942. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Y. W. Fung, sisters Emily Eng and Mabel Wong and brother King Fung. He is survived by his sisters Lyda Chee, Dorothy Eng, Betty Yee (Jack) and brothers John (Sue) and William (Brenda), along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Harry and Alisa enjoyed 36 years of marriage and devotion to each other. They were soulmates and enjoy trying various ethnic cuisine across the Valley. Harry enjoyed playing baseball and bowling. He was a charter member of the Chinese Alliance Citizens Alliance (CACA) – Phoenix Lodge and volunteered with various community organizations.
Upon graduation at Arizona State University, Harry worked as an insurance agent for Stuckey Insurance Agency and later became co-owner of Dynamic Travel of Phoenix with his business partner Ju-Leei Khor, specializing in travels to Asia countries.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, at Greenwood Memory Lawn Serenity Chapel, 719 North 27th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009. Visitation is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with a Celebration of Life service at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow the service.
