

He was born in Hartzell, Missouri on November 13, 1931. Hershel went on to marry Mary Ann Goodrich in Muskegon, Michigan. He would later marry Virginia Warfield. Red went on to serve in the Korean War. Hershel worked proudly as an auctioneer, and was a member of the of the American Legion. He had a passion handy work and helping those in need, which he was able to combine by frequently fixing washers, dryers, and refrigerators, and then gave them away to people who needed them.
Hershel was preceded in death by his parents, Addie Wells Creach and Arthur Creach, as well as grandson, Bruce Hager, and his following siblings: Eugene (Lillian) Creach, Paul (Connie) Creach, Steve Creach, Betty (Bob) Frasier, and Bonnie Joyce Creach.
He was survived by his siblings Maxine Knaack and Carol James, as well as his children; Edna (Joel) Welsheimer, David Graham, and Lou Ann Creach. Hershel was also survived by his following grandchildren: Dina Chavez, Dylon (Theresa) Hager, Gina Chavez, April (Jesse) Stewart, Tina Decker, Robyn Hyde, and Angie Pluth. His great grandchildren survived him as well and are as follows: Jaylin (Sean) Cole, Chelsey (Carter) Poniatowski, Aric Stewart, Andrew and Ali Hager, Caitlin Chavez, Antonio Chavez, Alex Chavez, Aundrea Chavez, Isaih Chavez, Ashlynn Chavez, Alyssa Vallelonga, Andrew Vallelonga, and Joel Beckstead. Hershel is also survived by his following great, great grandchildren: Addison Cole, Annabelle Chavez, Joshua Silerio, and Emmett Poniatowski; as well as many nieces and nephews.
