Hugh Charles Denison

Hugh Charles Denison passed away peacefully in his home September 24, 2025 in Glendale, AZ. Affectionately known as Charlie, he was born in Oneonta, Alabama on November 14, 1942 to Hugh Samuel Denison and Miriam Elizabeth Denton. He lived in Alabama, California, Brazil, and Arizona. He graduated from high school in Oroville, CA and from Yuba City College, Yuba City, CA. He raised his family in San Diego, CA and worked as a Fleet Service Agent at Ontario and San Diego airports. He has been residing in Phoenix, AZ for the last 15 years. His parents Hugh and Miriam Denison and great grandson, Curtis Edgar Bunch precede him in death. Surviving family members include his daughter, Carla (Larry) Bunch of Phoenix, AZ, son, Michael (Dan) Denison of Portland, OR, grandson Cameron Bunch of Rexburg, ID, granddaughter, Chelsea (Mitch) Roodvoets of Scottsdale, AZ, great grandsons, Carter Green, Emmett Roodvoets, Eli Roodvoets of Scottsdale, AZ, sisters Dee Eaton of Arapahoe, NE, and Linda (Dan) Denison of Pavilion, Wyoming.
