Jack L. Adams, age 76, of Wolcottville died on Monday, April 22, 2013 at his home. He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on August 02, 1936 to Walter Adams and Beatrice (Graver) Adams. Jack honorably served his country in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1964. He married Carol Wiegers on May 21, 1960 in Glendale, Arizona and she survives in Wolcottville. Jack worked for General Electric, which sold out to Honeywell in Phoenix for a total of 33 years, retiring in 2001. He was an avid card player and he enjoyed hunting and fishing in younger years. He loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. His family was his life!
Survivors include: his wife Carol Adams of Wolcottville, Indiana; son Mark (Kate) Adams of Flagstaff, Arizona; daughter Stacey (Bill) Honer of Tucson, Arizona; son Scott Adams of Phoenix, Arizona; daughter Heidi (Aaron) Hawn of Vancouver, Washington; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren and one brother Jerry (Kathleen) Adams of Richfield, Utah.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 719 North 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, with funeral service to be held at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at the Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 West Van Buren Street, Phoenix, Arizona. Memorial donations may be made to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, PO Box 1890, Amarillo, Texas 79105.
