Jacquelyn was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters Joanne Chappell Jansen and Sheila Marie Chappell. She was survived by her daughters Annette Kennedy of Gainesville, Florida, Elizabeth James and her granddaughter Emma James of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; as well as her nieces Lori Shortell Jansen, Lynn Leunen, and Melissa Jansen of Tucson, Arizona.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 2:30pm to 4:00pm at Fellowship Square - 2nd Floor Activity Room, 1944 W. Sunnyside, Phoenix, AZ 85029.
