Jacquelyne "Jackie" Tellez

Jacquelyne "Jackie" Tellez was born on March 26, 1951 in Phoenix, Arizona She was the only child born to Pearl Trammels. Her father's name was Forrest Fields. Her early childhood education was obtained at Dunbar Elementary and she later attended Grace Court and Phoenix Union High School. Jacquelyne felt that her sole purpose in life was to raise and care for her children and grandchildren. She loved them all dearly. She made sure that they were well taken care of and that they had everything they needed. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, and making money. But most of all she just enjoyed being around her family. Her undeniable love for her family and friends was like no other. She was preceded in death by her sons, Albert Tellez Jr. and Timothy Fields Sr.; her husband Albert Tellez Sr.; her mother Pearl Trammels and her father Forrest Fields. She leaves to cherish her memory,, son Marco Tellez Sr.; daughter Pearl Marshall; siblings on her father's side, Tyrone Fields and Twila Fields; grandchildren Timothy Fields Jr., Martell Ryan, Tre Fields, Demetrius Fields, Marlon Fields, Portia Ryan, TyeNesha Fields, Jazminda Ryan, Marco Tellez Jr, D'shawn Tellez, Ahmiyah Tellez, La Vada Boozer, and Lamont Boozer; along with a host of very dear relatives and friends., A Visitation for Jackie will be held 10:00am, Saturday, November 19, 2016 in the Serenity Chapel at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary & Cemetery, 719 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85009 with Funeral Services beginning at 11:00am. Interment will take place at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery.
