James, so sad to hear you are gone.  As your neighbor I met you several times outside and we would talk about random things, just those few times I could tell how genuine you were.  And our talks about the gym and how we needed to get back in shape lol.  I regret not hanging out with you more. I know you're in a better place, may you rest in peace James.

I had the pleasure of working with James. He was always willing to help others with anything they needed.He was such an amazing person and truly loved his family. I loved our early morning chats about everything. RIP.
