James Richard Herington 68, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on November 3, 2011. He is survived by his wife Patricia. Also surviving him are his brother, Robert, step-children, Paul Mokha and Melissa Mokha and step grandchildren, Sanjay (10) and Jespreet (4). A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 9, at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix.
