Bob was born in Phoenix, Arizona to J.R. and Juanita (Kissling) Luker on November 7, 1943. He spent many years in Texas before returning to Phoenix. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife, Gloria. Bob was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. Army before being wounded in 1970. He was a member of VFW Post 1433, DAV Chapter 20, Blinded Veterans Association, and an officer of Tomahawk Twirlers Square Dance Club for many years, as well as a member of Larkspur Christian Church.
A visitation will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, located at 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ, 85009, on January 29, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm and a funeral service will follow at the same location on January 29, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Followed by a committal service at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary on January 29, 2026,at 2:00 pm.
