Wagner, James "Jim" Allen 52, of Indianapolis passed away on Thursday, January 21. He was born in Phoenix, AZ, son of the late Allen and Dorothy Wagner. He served in United States Navy. Jim worked for Bell & Howell as a Technician. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed fishing. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Billi Wagner; children, Scarlett Jo, Jakob Allen, Annalia Marie, Riley Kailen, Trinity Jade, and Orion Micah; siblings, Lynn Peoples, Richard, Stephen, Kenneth Wagner, and Mary McBride. Jim was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Ann. A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 28 at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., also on Thursday. Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 8, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
