Kathy was born in Willoughby Ohio but was raised for a majority of her life in Orlando Florida and eventually moved to Phoenix Arizona. She was fearless, hard working, and loved to bring people joy. Her family was her whole world. She leaves behind her wonderful husband William Osborne, two beautiful daughters Heather and Kelly and five incredible grandchildren. She passed peacefully, surrounded by those closest to her. Private ceremony to be held.
