Oh Kenny. There are way too many memories to list them here, from coursing to sailing, to trips to California, to you taking me in when I had nowhere to live. You were a dear, dear friend and a huge part of my life.
I think about you often and tell stories of our adventures all the time
( remember the HUGE spider in the hall?). 
I  miss you dearly and will hold you close forever.

 My cousin Kenny,  was a very special and good man. My memories of our time together growing up will always been very special to me. I loved going over to his house and spend most of the night listening to his band (The Puritans) rehearse. That was extremely important for me, as it shaped what I would soon take up as a living for many years. Ken’s influence and friendship has always been an important part of my life. His guitar playing was excellent and fun to listen to and learn from, and on top of all that he had an fantastic sense of humor. My most sincere condolences and love go to Aunt Cookie, Cindy, & Robin. Ken is missed, but will always be remembered.

The Counter family were one of the first Saluki owners I met when I moved to Phoenix in late 1978.  Kenny was easy going and sure was dedicated to lure coursing.   With fewer and fewer face to face club meetings, developing life long friendships is much harder.    RIP my friend.  I will remember you forever.

Cousin Kenny was the closest thing I had to a big brother. I have so many great memories of our childhood, dogs, jokes, camping and music festivals.  I can’t believe he’s gone.  All my love to  Cookie, Cindy, and Robin. Love , Steve

We had such fun, coursing dogs, traveling. My brother, my best friend, now gone. I miss you.
