Luke Tucker Dang Jr. was born on March 16, 1931 in San Francisco, CA. and was the second of 6 children. His family moved to Phoenix when he was 9. He served in the US Military (Air Force) during the Korean War repairing airplanes. His hobbies included building, flying and occasionally repairing radio controlled airplanes. Luke passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2015 after a brief and courageous fight with cancer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luke Sr. and Daisy Dang.
Luke is survived by his wife Lillian, children – Laura, Lowell and Leon and siblings, Elizabeth, Bertha, Shirley, Isabelle and Dan, 16 nieces and nephews and over 30 grand nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 17th, at the Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, Serenity Chapel. Visitation is at 10:00 and the memorial service at 11:00. A Graveside Farewell will be held immediately afterwards.
