84, of Phoenix passed away on February 22, 2013. Margarete was born in Karlsruhe, Germany and immigrated to Phoenix, Arizona in 1954. Margarete had many accomplishments in her lifetime: CPA, publisher, and entrepreneur of several businesses including The European Christmas Market in Scottsdale, Arizona. Margarete was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur F. Maasch and survived by her second, loving husband and best friend, Ernest "Ernie" Brewer. Margarete is also survived by her two daughters and two son-in-laws: Janny & Anthony Lynch and Judy & Max Aguiar; grandchildren, Amber Upton and John & Janeen Upton; and five great grandchildren. Memorial Services: Saturday, March 2, 2013. Advantage Funeral Home & Maryvale Chapel. It is the family's wishes that you plant a rose bush in Margarete's name in lieu of sending flowers.
