Margie always said she worked to live rather than lived to work. She lived life on her own terms, made the most of her time here, and touched countless lives. She was a teacher, both inside and outside of the classroom, working in education for 19 years. She also worked for an airline and made the most of her benefits by traveling on a regular basis both in the United States and abroad. She could not have been a better mother, daughter, sister, or friend—she did all she could for everyone in her life. She is survived by her daughter, Valarie; her parents, Bennie and Sue; her brothers, Dean and Daron; her beloved dog, Prissy; and a number of other family members who will miss her dearly. Arrangements under the direction of Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, Phoenix, AZ.
