Bud worked hard to provide knowledge, experience, and life lessons to hundreds of young men in the Boy Scouts program.  His legacy will live on every day as these young men use their skills and experiences to make the work a better place!

I worked with Bud for many years and he was a wonderful man in so many ways.  He was bright,  creative and caring.  He was responsible for medical equipment and he always put patient safety first.  He was the first to mentor junior technicians and he always set an example for excellent customer service.  He was especially kind to me and always offered to assist.  I will miss him and the funny emails he used to  send to keep me laughing.  He never failed to ask how I was doing even when his own life may have been filled with its own challenges.   He was a ray of sunshine.

Bud was a good man and Father-in-Law, so smart and always there with his advice and opinions. Thank you Bud for your service to our Country and the Boy Scouts of America. You raised four children with Carol and I'm very fortunate to be married to your daughter, Tammy. I know that you are now with "Your Special Angel" Carol and we will miss the both of you. Cindy, Tammy, Candace & Sean rejoice that your parents are now together in heaven.

So sorry to hear of Buds passing as we are first cousins on his mother Bessie (Bacon) Harper's side.  May you all be wrapped in Gods loving arms and be given peace at this time of your loss.

So surprised to hear of Buds passing Harold can share the enjoyment of heaven with his old buddyof 70 plus years.   God bless your family and watch over you.

So sad to hear of Bud's passing. Bud and I worked together in the USAF on B-58 Supersonic aircraft avionics systems. He was my partner on many projects that earned us both honors. A good friend and I will miss him.

A school classmate, a friend, a veteran and a man that will be remembered fondly by all those whose lives he touched. Rest in peace Bud.

Bud and I worked together at LTV / Vought Aircraft in early 1980s. He was a good man in all regards.

I am so sad to hear of Bud passing. I worked with Bud as he was field representative for the A7 aircraft for LTV.. I enjoyed both working with and spending time after work with Bud. I loved Bud's sense of humor.  He told me once about a van that he added running boards to that would be good enough for people to ride on.
