Martin Richard Martinez, born October 31, 1956, in Los Angeles, California, to Rose Abigail Cordova and Leofredo Tito Martinez, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, in Fort Myers, Florida. A devoted patriot, Martin proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was an author of several novels, a lifelong supporter of the Raiders, and a faithful follower of Jesus Christ.
Martin is survived by his wife, Suzanne; his children, Laurie, Jennifer, and Keith, along with their spouses; his three brothers and sister; six cherished grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and his mother, Rose.
He was laid to rest with military honors at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, where his legacy of service, creativity, and love will endure.
