We are grateful Mary is with the Lord now. Her life blessed so many, she was an inspiration.. she lived a life of prayer and service to her family.Thank You Mary.

Mary, known as "Sis" or "Aunt Sis" to most of her family lived quite an interesting life.  She always had a quick smile and never met a stranger.  We all knew we could count on Sis to never forget a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion and her cards and letters were always so welcome. In recent years she had so much trouble talking and our phone calls took extraordinary patience on her part. Our misunderstandings led to many interesting stories and laughs all around, including the "newspaper caper".  The many hours we spent playing Skipbo during our visits will not be forgotten.

Karen,  I am very sorry for the loss of your mother.  She was always smiling and with a positive attitude.  She was also a great golfer.  She would purposely hit bad shots so she wouldn't beat us too bad.  I am sure you will miss her very much.     Herb LeGendre

We'll miss Aunt Sis so much, her prayers, her letters, her wonderful words! Heaven is a better place now that she's there! I'm comforted knowing that she's looking over all of us. 

We were all very fortunate to have such a great person touch our lives!

Mary was such a sweet, positive and caring person.  She was a wonderful employee, both loved and respected by her fellow co workers.

I remember the time we came to visit you in St. Louis, MO.  We were very young and not married too long.  We drove somewhere in your car and you asked Bob to drive.  There was an accident in front of us which caused Bob to slam on the brakes and we rear-ended the car in front of us.  You and I were sitting in the back, and your wig flew off into the front seat.  I remember someone on our right looking fairly shocked like they thought your whole head flew off.  We had a good laugh and I have always remembered that moment.  It must have been about 45 years ago.  Laughter is the Best Medicine.  Love you,  Bob and Melba Coffey

Sis's three brothers (Francis, Ed, Robert) and three sisters (Virginia, Dorothy, Dolores), who all live in the Midwest, all realize the specialness of their sister. She was always concerned about others rather than herself and had a positive slant toward every happening. She was not a complainer. There were frequent phone contacts and greeting cards and letters. Sis was quite a prayer warrior as she had a long list. Her love and example will be greatly missed by all.

We will miss your smiles, laughs, wittiness and memories you gave to everyone.  You were always at the end of the phone line to gave encouragement, concerns and caring words of love.  We will cherish your many wonderful letters and cards.    You deserve to be in peace, sitting in the front row with our family.   Heaven has a special beautiful sister.

I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to meet Aunt Sis. She always told me to be good to her Godson! Aunt Sis truly demonstrated the meanings of Faith and Hope in our Lord. She had a prayer list a mile long and she prayed that mile every day! I pray for her family and friends as we will truly miss her rays of sunshine. But, we rejoice in her resting in Heavenly Peace!

You deserve every single word of love, praise and celebration.  You filled so many lives with joy, warm memories and funny stories.  Now you are being blessed with the spiritual joy and peace of Heaven.  We know that your legendary prayers and rosaries for all of us will continue. Thank you. You gave us a great example to live by and we miss your love and words of encouragement. 

Also, thanks to the Lord for His gift of a wonderful sister.

I know of Mary through the beauty displayed in her daughter and granddaughter, Karen and Amanda and now in the smiles of her grandson, Konner.  Such an amazing legacy and what a beautiful person and light that shined so bright in this world.  A true prayer warrior that is now even that much closer to the One that answers those prayers and in His arms.

Seven years ago God brought an amazing little lady into my life named Mary. Our connection was instant and so spiritual. It's as if God knew that soon I would be facing the hardest obstacle in my life, and would need someone to keep my faith in God strong. Not only did Mary help to keep my faith in God, she showed me just how wonderful life can be when you have faith. 
Words cannot express the amount of love and gratitude I have for my Mary.

I I only met Mary once.  She was such an inspiration to me.  Her love of Christ was evident immediately.  Now she is with her Lord and Savior for all of eternity. I know, with confidence, I will be seeing her again; not because of anything I have done but because of my acceptance of Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. To all of Mary's family and friends, I know you will miss her terribly, but how blessed you have been all of these years to have had her in your life.  I hope she has been in inspiration to you in how to live a Godly life.

"Aunt Sis" as she was known to all of us nieces and nephews, was about the sweetest person you could ever be blessed enough to know.  She was always far away in location from me but you knew you were always near to her heart.  She could always be counted on for a little birthday or "just because" card and knew how much the great-nieces and nephews liked receiving mail too!  My kids never remember meeting Aunt Sis but always knew who she was.  There is certainly a special place for her in heaven and I just know God welcomed her home with open arms.  We love you and miss you, Aunt Sis.  Now you have an even more direct line to put in those prayers for us!

Mary, my dear sweet second mother.  always there with your encouragement, your empathy and your love ---and the sharing of the joy you had in your prayer life.  You suffered for so many.  Now it is your turn to bask in His love and His arms.  The peace in your eyes is wonderful to behold.

Amazing comes to mind with I think of my ol' buddy ol' pal Mary. Having Mary in our lives, for the past 20 years, has enriched our lives so much. More love, more compassion, more laughs, deeper understanding & the wonderful warmth of heart felt hugs. 
We are grateful Mary is no longer suffering. It hurt us more to keep her than to let her go. We knew she'd have a special place in heaven.
