Melissa L Hupp Gritzfeld

Melissa L Hupp Gritzfeld, 41, of Phoenix passed away on April 3, 2013 after her battle with cancer which she named SQUISHY! Melissa was born on June 18, 1971 in Scottsdale, AZ. Melissa graduated from Shadow Mountain High School in 1989, and then worked as a Bookkeeper for 18 years. Melissa was a blessing to everyone she met even if it was only for a few seconds, she could make the sun shine in the darkest of times. Melissa was always worried about everyone else’s needs and wants before her own, even a stranger, Melissa had been known a time or two to bring a stranger for Thanksgiving dinner just because they had nowhere else to go. Melissa had a love for Life a love for traveling and most of all a love for Walt Disney. Melissa had a smile that could brighten up even the darkest of rooms. Melissa is survived by her Husband Ed Gritzfeld of 13 years, her parents Marian and Malcolm Hupp and her Brother Michael Alan Hupp. The Family request that in Lieu of flowers that you make a donation to one of the two following charities B.A.C.A. Funeral Services are April 13, 1013 at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church at 3839 E Shea Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85028.
