Michael Francis Foy IV passed away on December 20, 2025, at the age of 40. He was born on February 19, 1985.
Michael was a resident of Glendale, Arizona.
A visitation will be held on January 2, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuaries, located at 710 West Bethany Home Road, Phoenix, AZ 85013.
Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will take place at the same location from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
