Michael Edward Jones, husband, dad, brother, son and dear friend, passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 47 in Phoenix, Arizona. Michael is survived by his wife Heather, son Gabriel, mom Karon, sister Christina and his two nieces Rene and Hannah. Those that he joined in heaven that went before him, his dad Jim, Grandma Geneva, Grandpa Edward, Aunt Patricia, Uncle Wally and many more.
Michael and Heather met in high school at the age of 15 and were married for 27 years. Michael graduated with an associate’s degree in arts. Michael will be remembered as someone that loved God, his family, loved his movies, music and of course Godzilla. Michael is dancing with the angels, his dad and everyone that has gone before him. You are with Jesus and have finally been able to hear those words, “Well done thou good and faithful servant”. We love you and miss you but will see you again one day when we are together in heaven.
A visitation will be held at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, located at 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ, on October 2, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at the same venue on October 3, 2025, from 9:30 am. A graveside service will follow 11:00 am.
After the graveside service please join the family for time together with love and laughter as we remember Michael. Details will be shared at the celebration of life.
