Norma Delores Lee

Norma Delores (Dee) Lee (Hill), 92 of Phoenix, Arizona passed away October 28,2024 at Hospice of the Valley. She was born in Roland, Iowa on June 2, 1932, to Hazel and Morris (Tiny) Hill Sr. Norma and her husband Delbert moved their family from Burlington, Iowa to the valley 54 years ago. She retired from Wells Fargo Bank in 1995.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband Delbert, her parents, sisters: Sina Dietch, Darlene Wolfe, Betty Grandinetti, Hill brothers: Marion, Ray, Dwight, and Larry. Also, her first great grandchild Jacob Hughey.

She will be greatly missed by her siblings: Robert Hill, Janet Bowman, Morris Hill Jr, and Carol Carns. Her children, Deborah Krumtinger, Mary (Thomas) Boland, Thomas (Hyon) Lee, Brenda (David) Hughey, and Amy (Danny) Prohoroff. Grandchildren: Luke (Jessica) Krumtinger, Kari Krumtinger, James (Lilly) Daniels, Catherine Boland, Thomas Lee Jr., Wende Hughey, Scott (Summer) Hughey, Eddie Hughey, Anthony (Casey Gorman) Bartinelli. Great grandchildren: Natalie, Chase, Charlie, Oliver, Willem, Jazmyn, Kaylee, Morgan (Colton) parents of great-great grandchildren Mila and Carter.

Norma will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews, her friends, the staff and patients at Scottsdale Kidney Center, and her pen pal of many years Pat. Everyone who knew her will miss her fudge, cookies, and sweet baked goods.

A private memorial service will be held for Norma, our mother, Gram, GG, and friend.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hospice of the Valley would be greatly appreciated.
