Patricia "Pat" Jean Denton, of Phoenix, AZ passed away peacefully on October 2nd, 2017 at the age of 85. Patricia was a kind hearted, sassy soul who inspired others to be their best selves and filled the lives of those around her with joy. She will be fondly remembered for her big heart, quirky sense of humor and passion for for everything she loved. Patricia was preceded in death by her loving daughter, Virginia Sue Vineyard and her beloved husband of 64 years, Wendell Edwin Denton. Patricia is survived by: her Step- Son Dale Denton, her siblings Peggy, Wayne, Mary Jo, & Linda - her grandaughter Xandra Sue Wolfe - her great-grandchildren Deborah Sue Brooks, Wesley Alan Wolfe - and her great, great-grandchildren Jeffery James and Corbin Wyatt Brooks, alongside with her many adoring nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial Services will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, October 21st at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patricia's memory to St. Joseph's Hospice of the Valley.
