6/15/1942 - 5/29/2010. Phil was born in Malad, Idaho; Long time resident of Bellflower, California; permanently moved to Phoenix in 1998. Phil would have been 68 on his birthday. Survived by wife, Trudy, of 20 years; sister Barbara Jones (Bountiful, Utah); step-daughter, Jennifer Stadig (Hemet, California); daughters Stephanie, Cynthia and son, Joshua; 8 grandchildren and a multitude of nephews, nieces, cousins and in-laws (thru-out the US); and a vast majority of friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Elden and Barbara Daley; and sister Vella Woods. Phil was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Phil always had a twinkle in his eye and a story to tell (sometimes several times over). He had a heart as big as the universe and loved to share what he had. Always willing to help, even if it meant capturing a snake. His passions were his wife, horses and guns, in that order. He was surrounded by family and friends at his passing, resulting from complications after knee surgery.
