Phyllis E. Carlson, 82, passed away on October 15, 2017 at Paradise Valley Hospital, in Phoenix, AZ., after a brief battle with COPD. Phyllis was born on January 14, 1935, in Deerwood, Minnesota, the Daughter of Dolly Seth.
Family and Friends were Phyllis's passion and delight. She touched the hearts of a lot of people and loved spending time tracing her amily tree as far back as she could.
Phyllis is survived by her son, Ronald L. Carlson, Jr.; daughter, Linda M. Mullins, grandchildren, Brandy, Kelsey, Nick, and great-grandchildren, Erick, Ashley, Lilly.
