Wayne attended West High School and Carl Hayden High School where he was part of the first graduating class of 1959. he also attended Phoenix College.
He was an avid outdoorsman and being the native he was, enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, lots of hiking and riding his motorcycle in his favorite forest, Coconino.
Wayne retired in 1990 from US West Telephone Company working at different jobs e.g. lineman, Central Office repairman and retiring as cable repairman with 30 years of service. He along with 4 different crews installed the cable for the Phoenix Civic Plaza.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Robert & Billie Brown, and sisters; Marsha Ingram and Karen Thompson.
Wayne is survived by his wife Barbara, daughter, Christina (Joseph) Glaze, and sister, Wendy Sue (Bill) Ennis, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be Private.
